Will fix #36

Missing

[x] --force option

Makes #76 obsolete.

Also missing FileContentListener as discussed in #36. Checking the actual file content needs an extra layer of mapping between imports.json and var/imports. As there is no time for this at the moment, and the feature is not prioritized I am simply skipping it. Should it be needed in the future we will have to open a new issue..
