fix for issue #181 #182

This hack got me past issue #181 Since this is a migration error from an alpha version, I'm not sure if you want this in the code at all. There is probably not many installations out there atm, so it's quite possible that this only affects me.

Thinking about this a bit more, the fix for this should of course be in the migrate command code...
