Adding a mandate that exists overwrites without warning #51

If you use AddCommand to add a new paper based mandate and a mandate with the same id and account already exists the former is simple overwritten without warning. It should not. This is a question of altering data associated with a mandate, and should be done using a separate edit command.

Quite true. Will look into fixing that, hopefully tomorrow. I got a bit sidetracked the last couple of days.

No stress for me. I was pushing a bit before as I thought you were in a rush to get your system going. So waiting for this before I release alpha..

By the way, was this the bug you mentioned before??

Yeah, I would like to get up and running ASAP. I've allready started to test working with files.

Nah, the bug I mentioned was not a bug - it was the changes in #50 that I wasn't expecting.

Ok. Cool. So we fix this and release alpha1 tonight. You get started with your system and report bugs as you go along. I am stand by to fix issues. Then we can start planing for alpha-2 later when the basic stuff seems to work...
