high bright blinks #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enable high bright
2. disable strobe
3. press on

What is the expected output? 
for leds to remain ON

What do you see instead?
led blinks like strobe was on

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
HTC Desire HD , 2.2 stock

Please provide any additional information below.
