Redo using Angular+NativeScript #24

this is going to need to be accessible on both apple and android devices, its going to need better animation support. I'm going to redo in Angular+NativeScript. I know Angular pretty well, less the animation parts, but have never used NativeScript. I'm going to take a few days to learn these together.

as expected. Apple is still a jerk of a pompous company so even with nativeScript, iOS apps will not be possible since my mac was stolen. So I guess I'll just do this one for Android and maybe chrome/browser app... or research a diff option.
