Request: Give us more than 2 pipes, more 2ch pipes #184

I want either:

1. The ability to create more than two virtual pipes with configurable 
channels, or…

2. A defacto of 4 two channel pipes, and the 64 channel pipe. I'm using the 
beta. I don't personally need all those extra channels, but need more devices. 
Basically, think of how Virtual Audio Cable works, but for Mac.
