Quicktime screen records with audio but I cannot hear it while recording #230

CURRENT SETTINGS - allowing screen recording with audio present when play back 
video

Flowerbed
Output - Soundflower Ch2
Input  - Internal Microphone

Quicktime
Soundflower - Ch2

Macbook Pro Preferences - Sound 
Input - Internal Microphone
Outout - Soundflower Ch2

What do I need to change in ways of settings to enable my screen recording to 
capture audio but also allow me to hear the audio as it records?

I have just loaded the lastest version of Soundflower and working on Macbook 
Pro OS 10.8.5

I found this stack exchange answer that seems to be what you are looking for:

It requires you to create a new output device that contains both Soundflower 
and speakers outputs.
