Changing Soundcard on the fly #236

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose some card (integrated or soundflower)
2. play something
3. change card (integrated -> soundflower or vice versa)
4. ANOYING loud buzzing tone  - often happens at night when everybody is asleep 
(until the buzz). It's unbelievably loud.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There shouldn't be a sound. Behaviour occured after upgrading to 10.9

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
current, 10.9
