Switch to Soundflower ends in a buzzing sound until buffer is re-clicked #265

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn on Soundflower after a simple wake up after sleep, or restart 
2. Start playing music on a Bluetooth Belkin HD receiver 
3. Buzzing sound starts
4. When I click on the buffer size (any), the buzzing sound is gone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Obviously avoiding the buzzing sound

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.6.6b
