Remove Split/Keep interface from Ribbon -- use button #37

The interface for doing an in-place split/keep is somewhat unnecessary on the Ribbon. It takes an entire chunk of space when it could easily be prompts instead.

This will also remove the last TextBox items in the Ribbon and allow for some code to be remove in the Ribbon. This should remove the need for the bUTL class module.
