Tests are broken in tar from pypi #36

https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/p/pysrt/pysrt-0.5.1.tar.gz#md5=c5d44c8abac6089cb8cd03ddee26faa5 does not have tests/static/, so 'nosetests --with-coverage --cover-package=pysrt' fails.

Please do not remove tests from releases.
