Project rename #398

When its finished it will close #362.

[x] Name: Igor Pro Universal Testing Framework (@t-b)
[x] Repo: igortest (@t-b)
[x] Abbreviation in the code: IUTF
[x] Module name prefix: IUTF_
[x] Filename prefix: igortest-XXX
[x] Main include file: igortest.ipf
- [x] unit-testing.ipf will be kept for now and inclue igortest.ipf.
- [x] RunTest should warn if unit-testing.ipf is found in the list of included procedure files
[x] Fix references in comments and error messages
[x] Package folder: root:Packages:igortest:
[x] Port GetInfo to new naming
[x] Don't change the name on igorexchange.com
[x] CI deploy target folder
[x] experiment files update
[x] Update function tags
- to new naming
- add compatibility layer to older version
[x] CI deploy target redirect (@t-b)

@t-b I think, I have renamed everything to the new name. You can take a look on it and do the remaining steps.
