Some CMake clean-ups #21

Frist one bit me quite hard, the hard-coded install paths
Second one is a clean-up, if you only do the define dance for assert(), CMake can do that for you

Thanks for your contribution, @phako. Yes, this code hasa lot of hard coded stuff. I had to build it quicky and now the time I have to check it out is very limited. If you are using it and have more features/fixes to add, feel free to send any more news.

Thanks. I'm currently looking into whether it fits my use-case (visualizing blood pressure data in various ways) or not.
