Add Descriptions to YouTube Section #8

It would be nice to include some more context/short descriptions on the YouTube channel section.

Descriptions have been added to each YouTube channel. I'm more familiar with some channels than others, so I apologize if the descriptions are a bit generic right now. 😔

If anyone has additional context to add about these channels or have some additional GameMaker-focused YouTube channels I missed, please feel free to open up a new issue or make a pull request.
