Ability to customize slides syntax parser #14

Keep marked as a default
Make it a ~~peer~~ optional dependency (optional favored to keep it as a sane default without requiring user to install it manually, may be changed later)
Allow author to change parser by depending on the module of his choice

Caveat: parsers won't have all the same API :(

White-list known parsers and go for a consolidate-like for Markdown parsers?

This may fix #5 by allowing user to switch to a another parser allowing better custom HTML attributes for example (like Maruku) or even no parser at all to allow plain HTML or custom syntax, making it the first step to integrate FormidableLabs/spectacle.
