I endorse Trevor: his work on Wasmtime and in particular Cranelift is fantastic and helps drive the BA's goals forward.

Note, however, that right now it's a bit unclear how nominations can be accepted, given that we don't currently have a TSC to process them. I brought this up with our Executive Director, @disquisitioner, to discuss with the board.

We discussed this nomination at the last TSC meeting, and agree that Trevor's contributions clearly warrant Recognized Contributor status.
