I have contributed to wasmtime, wit-bindgen and cargo-component, including minor improvements, bug fixes, and implementation of WASI proposals like wasi-runtime-config and wasi-keyvalue.

We discussed this in the TSC meeting today and agree that Xinzhao Xu's contributions are decidedly worthy of recognition in the Bytecode Alliance.
