Add missing 1.53.0 targets #74

The tier 3 target aarch64-apple-ios-sim was added in 1.53.0 but for some reason wasn't called out in the release notes, as well as the hermitkernel and linuxkernel environments (removing the kernel environment), and a few other regular triples.
