Rename generate-raw? #48

This is a question based on very little experience with the tool: should it be renamed to witx-bindgen? The tool seems similar in purpose to bindgen and wasm-bindgen and renaming it to something along those lines might help users familiar with the ecosystem to more quickly pick up on what the tool is intended to do.
