Bump wasmtime to 0.29 #28

Hi! There was a recent release of wasmtime:0.29 (see changelog), so I took a stab to try and update the different dependencies.

I've also noticed that the benchmark tests haven't been updated in quite some time, so I took that opportunity to update them at the same time. Let me know what you think!
