[Repository] Please move dependency from JCenter() as it is deprecated #70

As JCenter repository is deprecated and going to be removed soon, please move AabResGuard into another repository. As for now, removing jcenter() from build.gradle file of any project will lead into aabresguard plugin not being resolved.
