Currently, the installation section in README is unhelpful. To ease the pain of our users, it's desired to make a one-command-install work. I made changes to the setup.py to pin dependency versions and updated the instruction in README.md. Also, the bin/deepsolid script is not working because of missing shebang. I added it so that the command in README will work.
