Dear development team,

I've been encountering some issues while trying to replicate the Protein Docking task using your code and I'm hoping to get your assistance in resolving them.

Firstly, I've come across several engineering-related errors during the data preprocessing stage. I suspect there might be some issues within the preprocessing code and I kindly request you to carry out a comprehensive code review to ensure its accuracy and stability.

Secondly, to better understand the outcome of the preprocessing step, it would be very helpful if you could provide a sample of the data after it has been preprocessed.
