有计划支持纯cpu吗？我们worker也用cpu机器的 #426

据了解，目前byteps的worker一定要用gpu，但是我们的集群worker机器是纯cpu的，所以希望byteps支持纯cpu机器的worker

跟#425 无关。这个问题是想了解byteps以后有没有计划支持纯cpu的worker
