Hi! I wonder if the two bugs mentioned in the class CTFRelion (ctf_utils.py) have been fixed.

Hi, we did not fix this bug since we will deprecate CTFRelion and opt to CTFCryoDRGN.

I suggest you use CTFCryoDRGN by default.
