Feat 37 add theming option to the notes and homepage/everywhere else

• Page changes to light or dark mode when user clicks a button on the navbar
• Change persists on refresh

I left off doing the rest of the pages because I find that I was repeating myself as there's some layout issues. I thought it best to wait till some more work is done or at least till the new landing page is synced with the proper folder.

There should be dark theme on that section. A deep dark blue, as you can see from the video above.
