  1. Consider incentives to attract new businesses, especially for vacant buildings, and a more streamlined permitting process - Downtown Association concern***

  1. Complete an infrastructure audit related to broadband to plan/schedule updates downtown - Downtown Association concern***

  2. Research working with Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM) to provide health insurance and benefits to local artists and musicians.
