Make style more consistent with other Rust libs

[aecsocket]

• runs cargo fmt
• renames the Layout module to layout to maintain the naming convention
• puts utilities.rs into utilities/mod.rs and core.rs into core/mod.rs

This doesn't fix the re-exports, so you still have to pull in the entire prelude to get individual types.
