Change Polyfill Provider #12

Hey, just wanted to bring to your attention @bytewife that polyfill.io has been deprecated and an identical provider hosted by Cloudflare just dropped. Here's the article from Cloudlare that contains more details. If you try and use bay.lgbt at this point on an older browser you'll probably get issues since polyfill.io seems to just simply be down at this point as far as I can tell.

Also, for rva.rip, I was wanting to maybe deprecate polyfill functions as a whole since it's another domain that the browser needs to reference; do you feel that polyfill is still necessary these days for backwards compatibility?
