'tag' shelf button doesn't inform when nothing selected #147

If no node is selected in Maya, and I click the 'tag' shelf button, it opens a confirmation dialog, saying "Add Alembic tag to:" with an empty name. Might be nice if instead of this, it simply gave an error message that something must be selected
