Should be pretty straightforward:
[x] Add to shelf.json for the tool script and icon
[x] Add to MayaReferencer class to have a method for unloading references as well.
[ ] Use https://github.com/byu-animation/dccpipe/blob/84cf805748f9de2806d97a35733ce21f9e693499/pipe/tools/mayatools/utils/utils.py#L197 to get the loaded references
[ ] Display all loaded references in a select from list gui (with multiple_selection=True), user selects references to unload and accepts. We call unload on each of these references.
mc.file(rr=True) will remove the reference. https://download.autodesk.com/us/maya/2010help/CommandsPython/file.html
