Thinking of adding multiple tools per shelf button so that we can narrow down what is shown when publish is selected.

Added new separators and text.

If we add multiple potential commands via submenus, we'll need to use menuItem: http://download.autodesk.com/us/maya/2010help/CommandsPython/menuItem.html
