Make Alembic exports more efficient #95

Right now even with a very simple prop, many objects are iterated through and multiple alembics are exported. Find out why and make it so this is more efficient.

This was made faster, but still takes a long time, especially with shots.

Note to self: use a sample shot like A008 and test in my environment to find what's going on and how to improve.
