Added detailed documentation for Badge Design and Automated Test Creation, in addition to more Quiz Questions #102

I've added the following: -"How to create a badge" page under Resources. It describes the current badge system, how it works, how to create new badges using Adobe Illustrator, and how to upload them to Badgr. -"How to create Automated Pass-off Tests" page under Resources. It describes in DEPTH how the automated GitHub testing repository works, gives documentation on each of the files inside it, and gives the process for using that repository as a base for creating other repositories. It describes how to direct users from the Computing Boot Camp website to the testing repositories, and future plans for issuing badges in the future. -Additional quiz questions for users to interact with.
