Improved "Linux Setup and Tutorials" and "How to Contribute" #120

Added another activity to "Linux Setup and Tutorials" that tests a user's understanding of using the scp command.
Added troubleshooting help for those struggling with the 'bundle update' command on the "How to Contribute" page.
