Add Experiment For Stacked Pipelines #50

Currently we have experiments for creating and running ensembles and straight pipelines. We want to add another experiment for creating and running stacked pipelines.

Talk with Brandon or Evan and Brandon together to learn about what the architecture of those stacked pipelines should look like.

We could do regular stacking and/or cascading stacking.

For now at least, we are going to not implement these, and see if we're happy enough with the diversity of the pipelines produced by the random experiment.
