Revise Wiki entries to inform usage, rather than document implementations #29

What the app does belongs in the Wiki. How the app does it belongs in issues. Think of what the user would need to know as they interact with SmartLink as you decide what should stay in the Wiki. If the user does not need to know it in order to successfully use and understand SmartLink, they likely don't need to know it at all.
