Flew waypoints outdoors.

To merge this in a few things need to happen:

Then we should note which commit of rosflight was used during the flight testing and which commit of rosflight_plugins was used for gazebo simulation and maybe make a release

This was flown in gazebo simulation with this specific rosflight_plugins commit see rosflight_plugins PR #17
