Export EDIF Net Properties and don't touch LUT routethroughs #379

See #352. EDIFs exported in TCPs now include EDIF net properties. Also adds the DONT_TOUCH property to LUT routethrough cells and nets (as Vivado sometimes would change/optimize them away).
