fixed typo in core.tcl
changed paths to reflect new dir hierarchy in core_fuzzer.tcl
updated to put json in data/json and dcp in data/dcp in create_data and create_lib
removed unused imports and updated path to reflect new dir hierarchy in search_lib

Ok, I made the change when templates.json is generated (and tested that it works). It will generate relative paths. I don't think we need to change anything in search_lib.py because relative paths will be recognized as the tool is always run from the root path @reillymck
