Bump ImplicitAD dependency version to 0.3.1 since 0.2.2 is broken #117

Would also recommend bumping ImplicitAD's most recent changes into a new version in the near future to resolve the unused type declaration warnings. Would need to update GXBeam's dependency restriction as well. For now, ImplicitAD 0.3.1 doesn't appear error with GXBeam when tested locally.
