Add shadow models #1

We should add the shadow model work into this package when it is ready. @juddmehr What's the status of those models?

There are 2 shadow model schemes that have been worked on. Both are very slow (one is very, very slow). Both implement a dictionary format for the aircraft definition at the moment. I do not have immediate access to either, since they are both only on the computer of the undergrad working on them.

It wouldn't be a bad idea to get them onto this repository, even though they are slow. I would like to be able to incorporate those models into my optimization at some point in time and getting them into this repository would allow for collaboration.
