Complete rewrite. #7

Completely overhauled the entire codebase. These are just some of the changes that I can think of:

Added vortex rings
Made trailing vortices go any way you want them to
Fixed stability derivatives
Added forces from trailing vortices on the lifting surfaces
Fixed all tests
Verified all results vs AVL
Added documentation
Added github actions
Reimplemented manual stability derivatives
Added ways to switch between coordinate frames
Rebranded the package as VLMFlow (unless you have a better suggestion)
