Allow User to define what languages will be in an entry #51

Josh:
When making a new term, for each term entered, you have to select by hand all languages in the term entry. It feels like a significant workflow block, since the list of language is so long. It would be easier if each new term had the working and target languages pre-added, perhaps with an option to add another language if you happen to have a gloss in Klingon.
