Issue #31 - UNIMARC support #32

Add a dropdown list on the sandbox creation form to select the MARC flavor. The variable will be passed to koha-testing-docker, then koha-misc4dev that will take it into account to generate to correct file, and use the corresponding sample data.

I should add that I have absolutely NOT tested this change locally, and wrote it only reading the code. It may be completely broken!
