No feedback when a patch is not applied correctly #43

If one setup a new sandbox with a bug number, the patches will be applied on the sandbox. However if one of the patches do not longer apply, there is no feedback to the user. The only way to know it is to check the "git log" from the sandboxes management page.

The previous system copied the git log into a news to make it available easily from the Koha homepage.
