daemon: dfs event detection support #8

initial daemon support. The daemon will poll for logs in UISP, and notify via stdout when a DFS event is detected.

As this is a lot of infrastructure being committed here, I opted to keep this PR shorter, and implement the hub slack channel notification in another PR.
