Would you mind updating the wiki :)
This library looks fantastic but I don't see docs for how to use the more 
advanced features e.g. 
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/4080253/create-getter-and-setter-members-for-
a-c-class-in-vim

I'll try to give a preview soon. This part is quite easy to document.

Regarding your question, It's already documented in the help file shipped -> :h 
refactor-extract-getter

(lately I've been working on the integration of CMake and CTest, and I have a 
lot of things to document :( )
