Implement active listeners. #106

Active listeners will be able to react on events related to changed data and 
also raise actions aimed at modifying stored data, causing this way other 
listeners to react and so on, implementing a kind of automatic cascade 
processing.

This is similar to what described in Google Percolator paper.
