Ensemble data availability #144

Terrastore ensemble doesn't currently provide data availability in case of 
network partitions (of any kinds) between clusters: that is, clients will loose 
read/write access to some parts of stored data.

We should improve data availability by implementing:
* Cross cluster-replication: in order to allow reads from data belonging to 
partitioned clusters.
* Data reconciliation (and conflict resolution), maybe via hinted-handoff: in 
order to allow writes on any cluster.
